This is very quick and simple recipe. Those who want to make tasty and quick rice. They definitely try this. Time consuming recipe and mouthwatering. Let see, this recipe below.
Ingredients:-
3 cup basmati rice(soaked rice)
6 cup boil water
1 sachet of magic massala maggie
1tsp jeera
1 bay leaf (Tamalpatri)
2 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp ghee
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 medium size onion (slice cut)
1 medium size tomato (chopped)
Salt to taste
Cooking instructions:-
Step 1:-
Wash the rice properly and remove the little bit water and soaked the rice for 10 minute.
Step 2:-
First of all take a vessel put the oil in the heat it oil. After heating the oil put on low flame and add jeera, bay leaf quickly to avoid from burning. Splutter it then add slice onion it until stir it until the onion turn pinkish or little bit golden. After that add chopped tomato until the tomato become soft. Add turmeric powder stir it to this all procedure on low flame. Then add rice roast it properly then add magic massala maggie and salt to taste. Stir the rice properly add 1 tbsp ghee to make it authentic. While adding boil water in it. Put on the high flame.
Step 3:-
After adding boil water make the water bubble and then put in low flame. Put the vessel on small burner and close the lid properly. Cook the rice for 10 to 15 minute. Don't remove the lid in between because rice will become sticky.
Step 4:-
After 15 minute. Cool down for 5 minute. Garnish with coriander(dhaniya patha) and serve it.
This rice recipe is very easy to make for working woman. You can give this rice to children in tiffin box.
