Chana massala


Chana  Massala is the spicy and tasty recipe.. Those who spicy and chapata definitely love it

Prep time:- 40 min  serve:-3-4 people

Ingredients:-

150 gm chickpea( soaked chana) 

2 tbsp oil

2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp haldi powder

1 onion

1 tsp Lemon juice or chat massala

Cucumber 

1 and 1/2 cup water

Salt

Cooking instructions:-

Step 1:- Soaked the chana for 12 hrs

Step 2:-First of all cut the onion into slice take pressure cooker add oil in it heat it and add onion slice into it stir it then add chana, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt. Then stir properly for 1 min and add water in it and close the lid and for whistle 3-4 in medium flame. Switch off the flame. 

Step 3:- After cool down open the lid switch on flame. Put flame in high and stir it properly till the water soak little bit . Then switch off the flame. 

Step 4:- After serving we can put lemon juice or chat massala stir it

Step 5:- Garnish with cucumber and serve it
